I love the detail of the veil in Constant's Antigone painting... she doesn't touch her brother.

Considering it alongside Carson's "the task of the translator of antigone" adds another layer:
and another brother you love so much you want to lie down with him
“thigh to thigh in the grave”
or so you say glancingly early in the play
but no one mentions it again afterwards

And it also reminds me of the last scene in Dead Ringers. Bev lies himself in death over his brother's mutilated body, which is covered in the likeness of a funeral shroud...
